Structure and working principle of industrial fruit and vegetable juicer
1. Structure
It is composed of front support, feed hopper, screw, filter screen, juice container, rear support and slag chute. The left end of screw spindle is supported in rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in handwheel bearing seat. The motor drives screw through a pair of V-belts.
2. How it works
The main component of Jingjiang Weineng mechanical equipment is the screw. The bottom diameter of the screw gradually increases along the direction of the slag outlet, while the pitch gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by the screw, due to the reduction of the volume of the screw cavity, the material is squeezed and juiced.
The rotation direction of the screw spindle is clockwise from the hopper to the slag groove.
The raw materials are added into the feeding hopper and pressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter screen, while the slag is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulator. The pressure regulator moves along the axial direction to adjust the size of the gap.
When the hand wheel bearing seat is turned clockwise by hand (from the slag chute of the equipment to the hopper end), the pressure regulator head will turn to the left, and the gap will be reduced; otherwise, the gap will be increased. The juice yield can be changed by changing the pore size, that is, adjusting the resistance of slag discharge. However, if the pore is too small, under strong extrusion, part of the slag particles will be extruded together with the juice through the filter screen. Although the juice yield increases, the quality of the juice decreases relatively. Therefore, the pore size should be determined according to the specific process requirements of users.
