2、 Working principle of blueberry beating machine:

 

The motor is driven by a belt to make the scraper installed on the spline rotate at a high speed. When the broken fruit enters the machine through the feed port, the pulp receiving tray will evenly discharge the material to the scraper and screen. Due to the rotary action of scraper and the existence of lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder to the outlet end, and the moving track is spiral. During the moving process between scraper and screen cylinder, the material is crushed by centrifugal force. The juice and meat (pulp) are sent to the next process from the screen hole, and the skin and seeds are discharged from the slag hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic separation. As long as the screen of different specifications is changed and the lead angle of scraper is adjusted, the beating speed can be changed and satisfactory results can be obtained;
