3、 Structural features and working principle
The machine is mainly composed of feeding hopper, upper fruit breaking equipment, lower fruit breaking equipment, rotary screen, mixing shaft, conveying screw, frame, scraper, motor and other parts. This machine is made of stainless steel except for the transmission part. The mixing shaft has stepless speed regulation.
Operation principle of passionflower shell breaking and juicing integrated machine: the material enters the upper fruit breaking equipment from the feed hopper, and will be pressed open under the effect of pressure between two pressure rollers. After coarse fruit breaking, it enters the lower fruit breaking equipment, and the lower fruit breaking equipment kneads the fruit again.
