The whole set of fruit juice production line combines the three functions of washing, filling and capping in one machine body. The whole process realizes automation. It is suitable for filling fruit juice drinks and fruit tea drinks in high temperature resistant polyester bottles, and it is also suitable for mineral water, purified water and other non aerated drinks. 1、 Filling part:
1. In the filling part, the materials are filled into the washed bottles sent by the bottle washing machine. The filling valve adopts the way of pressure filling negative pressure reflux, which makes the filling quick and sensitive, and the filling liquid level precision high. There is no spring in the valve, the material does not contact with the spring, which is conducive to the internal cleaning of the valve. In order to ensure the filling process and the filling temperature, the material in the filling valve is in the micro reflux state when there is no bottle or the valve is shut down.
2. The filling cylinder is full to ensure the pressure in the cylinder is stable.
3. The whole machine has perfect CIP cleaning interface.
4. Double guide rod bottle lifting structure is adopted to make the bottle lifting and centering stable.
5. The main drive adopts gear drive, namely open combination drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long service life, convenient maintenance and sufficient lubrication. Frequency converter is used to control the speed of the main motor of the machine, and the machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
6. The structure of the bottle guiding system is simple, which can be changed quickly and conveniently according to the bottle type. The whole machine adopts the bottleneck structure for conveying.
7. PLC automatic control, fault online display, such as bottle blocking, lack of cover, etc.
2、 Screw the cover part:
1. In the capping part, the lids arranged by the capping device are screwed onto the bottles of the filled products and sent to the next process by the conveyor chain.
2. The capping machine drives the rotary disc to rotate through the reducer. The cover leaves the hopper from the cover outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a positive and negative cover separation device at the outlet. When the reverse cover passes by, the cover automatically falls into the return pipe, and the reverse cover is automatically blown into the hopper by the wind force. Only the positive cover can enter into the slide smoothly, and the cover quantity in the hopper can be automatically detected by the photoelectric switch to control the cover conveyor, so as to ensure the effect of the lower cover. When the front cover enters the slide, it can enter the cover feeding plate smoothly. In order to prevent accidents, an anti reverse cover dial is configured on the slide to ensure that the cover entering the cover feeding plate is correct. A pair of photoelectric switches are also configured on the slide to stop the host immediately when no cover is detected. In order to effectively remove the bad cover without anti-theft ring and the remaining cover when cleaning the hopper, there is a movable outlet directly opposite the hopper outlet to meet this function.
3. The screw cap is a magnetic screw cap with overload protection function, and the screw cap torque is stable and reliable. There is no gnawing cover, high cover, skew cover and curling phenomenon.
