Screw shaft has many applications in juicer. It can be said that the design of screw shaft is the key component of domestic Juicer or large juicer, and the design of screw shaft is also an important factor affecting the output of juice.

 

In Jingjiang Weineng mechanical screw juicer, the left end of the screw shaft is supported on the rolling bearing seat, the right end is supported on the handwheel bearing seat, and the motor is driven by a pair of pulleys to drive the screw shaft. When the screw shaft rotates clockwise along the slag outlet direction, the diameter of furnace bottom increases and the pitch decreases. When the material is pushed by the spiral shaft, the spiral cavity becomes narrow gradually, thus forming the extrusion of the material. This is the use of screw shaft in screw juicer.
