Precautions for use of net belt fruit picker
Put the Jingjiang Weineng mechanical equipment on the horizontal ground (the machine feet are fixed with expansion screws);
Adjust the equipment to the horizontal condition (if it is uneven, it needs to be padded to the horizontal position);
Clean the inside and outside of the machine;
Add lubricating oil with regular label according to the operation manual of reducer;
Grease the bearing;
Adjust the expansion and tightening equipment to make the conveyor belt in the ideal working condition;
Turn on the power to make the steering meet the logistics requirements;
Adjust the parameters of frequency converter so that the machine can reach the line speed required by the process.
Replace the lubricating oil regularly according to the instructions of the reducer, and add grease at the bearing;
The belt should be adjusted according to its tightness;
When parking in shift or shelving in season, the machine should be cleaned and the inside and outside of the machine should be clean.
