Through a pair of bevel gears and rigid coupling in the gearbox, the upper and lower turntables rotate. The upper turntable is equipped with 7 semi open cone bowls, and the lower turntable is equipped with 7 cone heads. Another pair of bevel gears in the gear box drive, so that the seven cone juice heads can continuously roll themselves when they rotate with the turntable.

 

Under the effect of cam, the semi open cone bowl makes it close or separate. When the opened half bowl is gradually closed, scrape the half fruit sent by the four blossom turntable into the bowl, and the rotating cone head is gradually extended into the bowl for cone juice. Because the two center lines intersect at a specific point of view when the upper and lower turntable devices are installed, the cone head can gradually extend into the cone bowl to cone juice; after the cone juice is finished, the cone head actively drops away from the cone bowl, and the semi open cone bowl can actively separate and finish the cone juice action under the effect of cam. The juice will be collected into the transportation pipeline and the next process, and the skin and slag will be collected from the slag outlet into the slag pipeline for treatment.
