Check the bearing, replace the accessories, check the consolidation bolts, replace the grease, clean up the dust, etc. Secondly, pay attention to the daily maintenance details of the active separator.
1. When replacing each accessory, pay attention to the corresponding type, and it is necessary to share the same type.
2. Make up the grease regularly, usually once every two months, but if it is found that the parts of the active separator are not smooth enough and have abnormal noise, add the grease in time.
3. It is necessary to connect the power supply of the active sorter and keep the voltage stable. If the voltage is unstable, shut down the machine for maintenance in time, or the motor will be damaged.
4. In case of sticky materials in the separation line, clean up the impurities and dust on the active separator in time to avoid affecting the operation of the active separator.
5. The active separator must work in a dry and non corrosive environment to ensure its service life.
