The main component of the spiral Rosa roxburghii juice extractor is the spiral. The rolling direction of the screw spindle from the hopper to the slag groove is the direction along the needle. The material enters the feeding hopper and is pressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter screen, while the waste material is discharged through the empty space formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulator. The size of the empty space can be adjusted by the movement of the pressure regulator along the axial direction. When Jingjiang Weineng machine transfers the hand wheel bearing pedestal clockwise (from the slag chute of the equipment to the hopper), the pressure regulator head turns to the left, and the empty space is reduced, otherwise, the empty space becomes larger. Changing the size of the empty space, that is, adjusting the resistance of the slag, can change the juice yield. But if the empty space is too small, under extrusion, some slag particles and juice will be extruded through the filter together. Although the juice is added, the quality of the juice is relatively reduced. The size of the empty space should depend on the detailed process requirements of users.
