According to the quality of fruit grading machinery is the use of lever principle for operation. One end of the lever is equipped with a fruit bucket, which is hinged with the lever. The upper part of the other end of the lever is pressed by a balance weight, and the lower part is provided with a supporting guide rod to ensure the horizontal condition. The center of the lever is supported by a hinge point. When the fruit quality of the fruit bucket exceeds the balance weight, the lever is tilted, the fruit bucket overturns and the fruit is thrown out.

 

The lever carrying the light fruit skips over the direction of the balance weight and moves forward along the guide rod. When the balance weight is less than the fruit weight, the lever will skew, and the fruit bucket will overturn and throw out the light fruit in a new direction. Therefore, the fruit can be divided into several grades according to its quality.
