3. Check whether the cleaning solution is enough, and increase the cleaning solution in time if the surplus is insufficient.

 

4. First start the engine for trial operation, and then run it for 2-3 minutes to check whether the driving device (motor, coupling, reducer) and conveyor belt operate smoothly. After approval, the production can be started.

 

5. Open the floating object cleaning machine and equipment (there is no floating object cleaning machine and equipment outside) and start floating object cleaning. Because the water pump is still open at this time, the separation equipment is noisy on the surface and effective in oil drainage. After the floating object is cleaned, stop removing the oil, and use the nap time to discharge the oil stains.

 

6. During the operation, the cleaned parts should be put on the conveyor belt smoothly and not on the roller;

 

7. On the conveyor belt, the cleaned parts should not be piled too much to prevent disturbing the cleaning effect.

 

8. After operation, the cleaned parts can not stop on the conveyor belt. Press the stop button to stop the whole machine.

 

9. Water and a certain amount of metal material cleaning agent should be added to the washing liquid on time to compensate for the loss, so as to maintain the liquid level at a certain height width ratio. Assuming that the cleaning effect can not meet the regular demand, the whole washing liquid should be replaced.
