The whole machine consists of hopper, main machine, frame, transmission parts, etc. when working, the motor drives the spindle to rotate at high speed through a pair of belt pulleys, and the spindle is equipped with a number of hammers. The material falls into the hopper freely from the elevator and is chopped by the high-speed rotary hammer. Due to the centrifugal force, the crushed material particles fall into the hopper from the waist shaped sieve hole, and then are pumped into the next process by the screw pump.

Installation, use and maintenance

 

1. Tighten the bolts of all parts of the machine;

 

2. The whole machine is leveled with a level instrument and fixed with expansion screws. No tilting or vibration is allowed;

 

3. Clean the inside and outside of the machine and check whether the door lock is reliable;

 

4. Add grease to each lubricating part, and then add it every 100 hours;

 

5. Check whether the tension of the V-belt is appropriate, and the manual idling is flexible without abnormality;

 

6. After the above confirmation, connect the power supply to test the machine, and put the material into production after several times of trial operation;

 

7. Clean the inside and outside of the machine and keep it clean after work;

 

8. Check whether the motor is overloaded and hot frequently, and contact the maintenance personnel in time if there is any bad phenomenon;
