The structure and working principle of pomelo Juicer
1. Structure of pomelo Juicer:
Grapefruit juicer is composed of front support seat, feed hopper, screw, filter screen, juice container, rear support, slag trough and other parts. The left end of screw spindle is supported in rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in handwheel bearing seat. The motor drives screw through a pair of V-belt pulley to work.
2. Working principle of pomelo Juicer:
The main component of Jingjiang Weineng machinery's grapefruit juicer is the screw. The bottom diameter of the screw increases gradually along the direction of the slag outlet, while the screw pitch decreases gradually. When the material is pushed by the screw, the material is squeezed due to the reduction of the volume of the screw cavity.
The rotation direction of the screw spindle is clockwise from the hopper to the slag groove.
The raw material is added into the feeding hopper and pressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter screen, while the waste material is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the pressure regulating conical part. The size of the gap can be adjusted by the movement of the pressure regulating head along the axial direction. It is used in clockwise direction (when the bearing seat of hand wheel is turned to the left when viewed from the slag chute of the equipment to the hopper end, the gap will be reduced, otherwise, the gap will be increased.) Changing the size of the gap, that is, adjusting the resistance of slag discharge, can change the slag rate. However, if the gap is too small, under strong extrusion, some slag particles will be extruded together with the juice through the filter screen. Although the juice output increases, the quality of the juice decreases relatively. The size of the gap should depend on the specific process requirements of users.
