1. DJ type beater: the motor is driven by belt to make the scraper mounted on the spline rotate at high speed. 2. MDJ type beater: the motor is driven by belt to make the rotor parts installed on the spline rotate at high speed. The raw fruit enters the machine from the feed port, and the feed blade sends the material to the beating rod by screw. Under the effect of the beating rod, the material is damaged. Due to the existence of centrifugal force, the juice and meat (already in the form of pulp) in the material guess are passed through the sieve holes on the screen to enter the next way for beating (the screen hole is determined by the size of the fruit core), and the core is discharged from the slag outlet by the slag leaves, and then the pulp slag is separated actively.

 

 

Plum beating machine has two types: single and double way. When used for pulp beating of nuclear fruit (such as mango), if single pass nuclear threshing machine is selected, the flesh flows into buffer tank from the discharge hopper and the core is discharged from the slag outlet.
