2、 Equipment structure and working principle:

It is composed of front support, feed hopper, crushing, screw, filter screen, juicer, rear support, slag discharge groove, etc. the left end of the screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, the right end is supported in the bearing seat of handwheel, and the motor works by a pair of triangle pulley driving screw.

 

2. working principle:

 

The main component of the equipment is that the screw increases gradually along the bottom diameter of the slag outlet direction and the screw pitch decreases gradually. When the material is pushed by the screw, the material is pressed due to the reduction of the volume of the spiral cavity.

 

The rotating direction of the spiral spindle of Jingjiang Weineng machinery is clockwise from the feed hopper to the slag trough. The raw material is added into the hopper and pressed under the screw push. The pressed juice flows into the bottom Juicer through the filter screen, while the waste material is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the tapered part of the pressure regulating. The pressure regulating head can adjust the size of the gap along the axial direction. It is used for clockwise (when turning the bearing seat of handwheel from slag outlet slot of equipment to hopper end, the pressure regulating head will be left, and the gap will be reduced, otherwise the gap will be larger.) 3、 Preparation before use:
