After the material enters the screen drum, the rotary action of the stick and the existence of the lead angle make the material move along the cylinder to the outlet end. The track is a spiral line. The material is abraded by centrifugal force in the process of moving between the scraper and the screen drum. The juice and meat (which have become slurry, are sent to the next process through the collector from the sieve hole, and the skin and seed are discharged from the other open end of the cylinder to achieve separation. It has the advantages of fast shaft speed, fast material moving speed, less beating time, large lead angle, fast moving speed and less beating time. Only one parameter needs to be adjusted during operation

 

A. Cylinder screen: the cylinder body is punched and bent with 0.35-1.20 mm thick stainless steel plate, and then welded, with reinforcing rings welded on both sides, or the cylinder body is formed by two semicircles connected by screws, and the water level is inside the shell.

 

B. Shaft: it is equipped with two scrapers to make the material move to the broken pulp blade, screw propeller and scrape the material. The scrapers are connected with the clamps on the shaft by bolts, and the spacing between the scrapers and the screen wall can be adjusted by adjusting the bolts. It is symmetrically installed on the C side of the shaft and has an included angle with the shaft - lead angle.
