Working principle of automatic cold core removing machine:
Peach kernel and apricot kernel were removed by rotary roller and cot to produce massive pulp. The distance between the two rollers depends on the fruit. The fruit is fed into the hopper by the front equipment and pressed between the two rollers driven by the crank and the connecting rod mechanism. When the two rollers rotate each other, most of the pulp is pressed into the gap between the gear shafts, the core is squeezed into the elastic cots, and the comb plate excavates the pulp from the gap between the gear plates. The core with pulp enters into the core washing part to complete the separation.
