Installation standard of belt conveyor
1. When the bottom plates at the head and tail of the belt conveyor are soft, the cement foundation with a length of 2m, a width of 1.5m and a depth of 1m shall be used for fixation, and the foot bolts (Φ 20mm) shall be embedded in the cement foundation no less than 700mm. When the bottom plate at the head and tail of the machine is firm, the ground anchor shall be used for fixation (the anchoring force shall not be less than 50kN), and the ground anchor bolt (Φ 20mm) shall be cast with cement and embedded in the bottom plate not less than 1400mm.
2. It is necessary to make sure that the head and tail of the equipment belt conveyor are fixed firmly and run smoothly. The distance between the bottom belt and the bottom plate shall not be less than 400mm, and the distance between the low point of tail roller and the bottom plate shall not be less than 150mm. The test run of the equipment should be flat, straight and stable, and the center of the nose, fuselage and tail should be in a straight line.
3. It is necessary to set the protective gate at the head and tail of the machine to avoid the contact between the personnel and the driving roller and the guide roller, and install the iron grate at the coal unloading bin (the interval size is 250mm × 250mm).
4. It is necessary to leave a safety gap for the belt conveyor. The distance between the belt conveyor and the roadway support shall not be less than 0.5m; the distance between the head and tail of the belt conveyor and the roadway support shall not be less than 0.7m.
5. The head frame, tail frame, tension equipment and protective equipment shall be free of open welding and deformation. The fixed bolts shall be fastened, the thread shall be exposed for 1-3 threads, and the conditioning allowance of tension equipment shall not be less than 1 / 5 of the whole conditioning stroke. The center frame is straight without open welding, the lifting rope (the upper lifting width should be greater than the lower width), and the frame is intact, fixed firmly without severe corrosion.
6. Double strand No.8 iron wire is selected for wire rope hanging. The lower end of the hanging point is set on the long roller frame, and the upper end is fixed on the fixed point of the roof. The double strand iron wire is evenly stressed, and the wire rope end is tightly bound.
7. The roller is complete, flexible and free from jamming. The distance of each group of triple idler is 1.5m, the distance of each long idler is 3M, the distance of anti deviation idler is 15m, and the small distance between bottom idler and bottom plate shall not be less than 200mm.
8. The lap length of belt conveyor shall not be less than 0.5m. When the belt conveyor is used to transport coal upward, the inclination angle shall not be greater than 18 degrees, and when the belt conveyor is used to transport coal downward, the inclination angle shall not be greater than 15 degrees.
9. The belt maintenance equipment such as slipping, coal stacking, speed, smoke, over temperature, deviation, emergency stop, tearing, watering and anti reversal shall be complete and flexible, and the signal equipment shall be sound and light, clear and reliable; when more than two belt conveyors are running online, the interlocking equipment shall be flexible and reliable. The skid maintenance equipment is on the non pedestrian side of the belt head automatic roller; the deviation maintenance equipment is on the belt hanger, 25m away from the leather head; the coal stacking maintenance equipment is on the belt head; the emergency stop maintenance equipment is 30m away from the belt head at the top of the beam; the belt tearing maintenance equipment is 30m away from the leather head below the belt; the over temperature maintenance equipment is on the gearbox; the smoke maintenance equipment is directly above the belt head. The water spray and dust suppression equipment is installed on the head transfer point, the nozzle is from the head belt 0.5m, the control valve is positioned in an open direction, and the height is 1.5m from the bottom plate.
10. The motor, gearbox and coupling are firmly connected, and the protective cover is completely reliable. The roller is not cracked and the key is not loose.
11. The width of the damaged surface of the central fiber layer shall not exceed 20% of the width. The connector clip is firm and flat. During operation, the belt does not slip and deviate, the upper and lower belt does not exceed the edge of the roller and idler, and the lower belt does not grind the frame.
