G-type screw pump is a new type of pump based on the principle of rotary meshing volumetric type. The main operating parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator).

 

Because of the special shape of the two parts, they form a separate sealed cavity. The medium moves uniformly from the axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, the volume remains unchanged, and the pressure is stable, so there will be no vortex and agitation. The output pressure of each stage pump is 0.6MPa, and the head is 60m (clean water). It is suitable for transporting medium temperature below 80 ℃ (especially 150 ℃).

 

Because the stator is made of a variety of elastic materials, this kind of pump is not suitable for the transportation of high viscosity fluid and medium containing hard suspended particles or fiber. The flow is proportional to the speed.

 

Drive can choose coupling direct drive, or choose speed motor, V-belt, gearbox and other equipment speed.

 

This kind of pump has the advantages of few parts, compact structure, small volume and simple repair. The rotor and stator are the vulnerable parts of the pump, with simple structure and easy assembly and disassembly.
