3. Clean the inside and outside of the machine and check whether the door lock is reliable;

 

4. Add grease to each lubricating part, and then add it every 100 hours;

 

5. Check whether the tension of the V-belt is appropriate, and the manual idling is flexible without abnormality;

 

6. After the above confirmation, connect the power supply to test the machine, and put the material into production after several times of trial operation;

 

7. Clean the inside and outside of the machine and keep it clean after work;

 

8. Check whether the motor is overloaded and hot frequently, and contact the maintenance personnel in time if there is any bad phenomenon;
