The screw juicer is composed of front support, feed hopper, screw shaft, filter screen, juice container, rear support, slag trough and other components. The left end of the screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, the right end is supported in the hand wheel bearing seat, and the motor drives the screw shaft to run through a pair of belt pulleys. 2、 Working principle of screw Juicer
 
The screw shaft rotates clockwise along the direction of the slag outlet, the bottom diameter gradually increases and the screw pitch gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by the screw shaft, the screw cavity gradually decreases, thus forming the pressing of the material. Fruit and vegetable products are added into the hopper. Under the push and extrusion of the screw shaft, the squeezed juice flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter screen, and the slag is discharged by the annular gap formed between the screw shaft and the cone-shaped part of the pressure regulator. The pressure regulator can adjust the gap size to adjust the resistance of slag discharge, which can change the slag yield. The gap size of the pressure regulator should depend on the processing conditions of the processed fruit and vegetable products It's up to you.
