Hot filling requires that the juice and tea beverage after ultra high temperature instantaneous and ultra high temperature sterilization should be kept between 85 ℃ and 95 ℃, and the filling end time is very short, which belongs to high temperature filling. Because hot filling should have the function of high temperature filling and full filling, it is necessary to equip automatic circulation system to facilitate the circulation heating of low temperature materials and CIP circulating cleaning. Bottle filling and transportation. When filling heat-resistant PET bottles at high temperature, the heat shrinks of pet by biaxial stretching, the shrinkage rate is generally 1% < 3%, and the strength of bottleneck is large. It is required that the positioning mode of bottle mouth is reasonable and the bottle body is deformed under external force. At the same time, the filled beverage is transported through the bottle mouth, and the bottle body can overflow through vibration and extrusion materials.
 
2. Process
 
Juice beverage production line has a perfect circulation system: materials through filling cylinder - filling valve - container - return tank - reflux tank - low cylinder - pump cooler UHT balance tank.
 
Core technology 1: stability of filling valve. The selection of stainless steel should take into full consideration its different functions and working conditions. According to the different material types, chemical composition and mechanical properties, the material is selected reasonably. Then, through necessary process processing, numerical control processing, optimization tolerance matching and quality control point detection, the filling valve performance can be kept stable and stable.
 
(2) Core technology 2: leakage of filling valve. The key is to choose more materials for the valve seals and guides. We consider the effect of the thermal deformation of this material at high temperature. In the design and manufacture, it has many years of experience data in heat resistance, hardness and matching size. In addition, the leakage can be solved by choosing the appropriate combination of spring and seal.
