1. Structure of squirrel cage crusher
The common crushing and grinding materials mainly use extrusion, splitting, breaking or tortuous, grinding, impact and other methods to crush the materials to the required particle size. -General crushing equipment is often one method based, with the other one or two methods as auxiliary crushing materials. The squirrel cage crusher belongs to the impact crushing mode, the impact force acts on the material instantaneously, and the material is destroyed rapidly. Figure 1 is the general drawing of the squirrel cage crusher, which is composed of inner cage, outer cage, feeding hopper, shell, pulley, traveling wheel, motor, bracket and other primary parts.
2. Improvement direction of squirrel cage crusher
The main advantages of squirrel cage crusher are simple production, reliable operation and large crushing ratio. The main defects are high operation speed, high noise and simple wear of the hammer bar. Due to the selection of impact crushing method, the material is simply damaged, which is the common fault of impact crushing. With the further study of crushing mechanism and improvement of processing technology, some defects can be overcome gradually.
(1) The frequency conversion speed regulation skill is used to adjust the speed, which can reduce the degree of over damage, and make the machine in a better working state, and can satisfy different particle size requirements together.
(2) The results show that the better wear resistance can be obtained by using the surfacing technique to make the striking rod and the modification of the striking rod. For example, the service life of the striking rod can be greatly prolonged by using the tungsten electrode for surfacing.
(3) The noise and the degree of over damage can be reduced obviously by using wet method.
(4) The vibration and noise can be reduced by improving the production technology level, reducing the unbalanced mass and selecting the sound insulation and vibration isolation skills.
