The main engine consists of frame, upper and lower transmission shafts, reducer assembly, pressure filter belt, cleaning belt assembly, feeding assembly, distribution device, fastening device, belt correction assembly, pressurization device, protection device, pneumatic electrical control device, cleaning water filter device, etc. The supporting equipment includes water filtering device (including arc net filter and water storage tank), stainless steel vertical multi-stage pump, water spray reflux pump, etc. The refined raw materials (solid-liquid mixture) are continuously pumped into the hopper by screw pump (the occupied bandwidth of materials is adjustable), and the distribution rollers are evenly distributed. In the downward curved wedge area, a large amount of water is slowly pressed out to form an extruded filter cake. Later, the diameter of the pressure roller decreases, and the filter belt presents "s" shape, which produces the shear force of decreasing surface pressure and ensures the best dehydration effect. In order to further improve the dehydration rate, a pressure roller which can produce linear pressure and peripheral pressure is added. After dehydration, the filter cake is scraped off by the wear-resistant scraper. The two filter belts are continuously washed by high-pressure nozzle to keep a good high juice extraction effect. The spray washing water is automatically filtered, dregs discharged and recycled through the arc filter screen through the reflux pump to save energy.
The filter belt is made of nylon warp and weft, which has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, food hygiene, convenient juice production, no water absorption and high strength. When working, the air bag pressure filter belt and the special valve control belt are separated from each other, which is stable and reliable, and realizes the automation of the whole process.
