1. 4. Lead angle - generally, 1.5-2.0 degrees (also 3 degrees), the larger the lead angle, the faster the material moves in the fruit beater, the shorter the beating time, but the worse the beating effect.
5. The gap between the stick scraper and screen - usually between 1-4mm, the smaller the gap, the greater the material pressure, the better the beating effect. At the same time, the more likely it is to damage the screen. The detailed clearance is closely related to the design of fruit beater and the technology of different consumers, which is an important criterion to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of fruit beater.
6. Shaft speed - usually the shaft speed is 600-1200. The higher the speed of the shaft, the greater the various forces, the better the beating effect. The speed is too high, the moving speed of logistics is too fast, and the shorter the beating time is, the worse the effect of fruit beating machine is. How to find a reasonable speed is also a criterion to weigh a rate of fruit beater.
7. Reasonable guide angle and clearance discrimination -- if the peel seed is dried after the residue is discharged from tomato sauce, the angle and clearance are reasonable.
